KATE AND JAMIE! Why are there no MacBeth characters at Apple Creek? We need a crazy Lady MacBeth running around. Or a MacDuff who can be all "dude, I was UNTIMELY RIPPED FROM MY MOTHER'S WOMB!" Or ... something.

So, I know that what everyone on my friendslist here wants to do more than ANYTHING ELSE is check out TOTALLY AWESOME GAMES, rite? Well it JUST SO HAPPENS that I have TOTALLY AWESOME GAMES to pimp. And I'm pimping them in alphabetical order because I'm OCD like that. XD

Firstly, applecreek (via acsh_mods). Modded by moonshoes and starsgoblue. Set in Apple Creek (fictional town), Louisiana. All the characters are based off various literary characters (mine is based on Holden Caulfield's sis from Catcher in the Rye). It's currently summer vacation, which really just means summer jobs and vacations and parties and all sorts of other fun that teenagers have when they're not stuck in school for nearly eight hours a day. There's still plenty of premades open, including Oliver Twist, Cyrano de Bergerac, Heathcliff, Maid Marian, and others.

Secondly, _bollocks_ (via topbollocks). Modded by lupinesque. It's a MWPP-era game set in their fifth year, but instead of being all WAR! DEATH! DARKNESS! it's all FUN! LAUGHS! LIGHT-HEARTEDNESS! And it's TOTALLY FUN too. Currently only accepting holds / applications for male characters, due to the domination of the femmes, but there's plenty of AWESOME guys open. For example, there's only TWO fourth years in the game ... PERIOD. You know you want to pick up someone like Barty Crouch, Jr., or John Dawlish, or Barry Ryan. Or in fifth year, there's Ernie MacMillan's dad, Troy (the future Irish National Team Chaser!), Evan Rosier, Broderick Bode, etc. Sixth year has Zacharias Smith's father (and surely his future wife wants her future husband around!), Gideon Prewett, Xeno Lovegood, and Amycus Carrow. Seventh year still has Caradoc Dearborn, Dedalus Diggle, Edgar Bones, Katie Bell's dad, Fabian Prewett, Gawain Robards, Lucius Malfoy (another one who is desperately wanted by his future wife!), and Ludo Bagman. And that's not even half of the open cast to pick from!

Thirdly, euphorialane (via euphoriamod). Modded by racetrack and her band of merry mods. It's a trio-era HBP-compliant post-war game set on Euphoria Lane, a street off Diagon Alley. There are plenty of canon names available to be pulled out of the Lexicon and dropped onto the Lane. Dawn has an awesome list here of names. This game has been around for over a year now and it's full of wild and crazy fun. There are monthly calendars of events happening on the Lane, which has recently included both gender-swapping and age-changing days. There's never really a boring time to be had on the Lane.

Fourthly, senioryearrp (via senioryearmod). Modded by khushalecki. It's a PSL set in Pine Hills, Albany, New York, centered around a group of students (premades) who are just about to start their senior year of high school in the fall. There are plenty of premades still open, but we especially need BOYS. Particularly boys who might date my girl Jenny, who's a serial dater and tease who is frequently dumped by her boyfriends for not putting out. The game started a couple weeks ago, but it's really low-key. There's no activity guidelines, it's just fun.

Finally, thelastyear. Modded by nuit and aesthete. Trio-era DH-compliant game set in, as the game's name suggests, the trio's seventh year. While Harry, Hermione, and Ron are off doing that whole horcrux thing, everyone else was at school doing school-stuff. The game focuses more on those stuck in school than the trio, though RON IS OPEN. Harry is already taken and Hermione is held, but NOBODY WANTS RON. Poor ickle ronniekins. We also have plenty of other boys open, including Ernie, Zach, and Crabbe, plus plenty of OCs or near-OCs. There are quite a few girls open, as well, but the game needs more boys! (However, my girl Isla would like to make a plea for her remaining roomies in the Ravenclaw 5th year dorm, and just other fifth years in general!) The game opens on the first (it'll be September 1st for the kiddos), so go app now and be there when it starts!

I know that you don't like people noticing you. I get that. I was like that in high school, too.

But sweetie, YOU NEED TO STOP WRITING FILTERED POSTS. WRITE SOMETHING THAT YOU DON'T MIND BEING PUBLIC. More than just one sentence.

Please, for the love of God. WRITE A PUBLIC POST.

Or I'll do the mean player thing and MAKE THINGS BAD FOR YOU. Don't believe me? Ask any of my past characters, they all have plenty of horror stories that they can tell you about when I've done mean things to them.

Hey, applecreek peoples. Anyone wanna plot / storyline / whatever? I'm sitting on the edge of the RP pool and dipping my toesies in the water. Because I miss RP. And EVERYONE was apping ACSH, so of course I had to go look, and then I got a character idea stuck in my head and she WOULDN'T GO AWAY and of course CERTAIN PEOPLE were refusing to help talk me out of it. So I seekritly placed a hold and wrote up the application and applied and ... now I'm dipping my toesies into the RP pool again.

SO ANYWAY. Who wants to plot with me and Fee? She's a junior, captain of the Dance Team, completely and totally obsessed with dance (as I put it in her app: "she would marry dance if it was logistically possible") and she feels herself far too mature for high school and all the antics of her classmates and she's waiting for them to just grow up already and stop being so immature. But she suppresses those thoughts instead of, like, just bitching at people for being immature. Instead, she's nice when addressed directly, she's almost dictator-y with the dance team (think Oliver Wood, only more female, more scary, and less British; historie people might liken her to my Quidditch Captain Marly in that aspect), but otherwise she just avoids everyone for the most part and hangs out in the background. Usually reading and/or listening to music on her iPod.

Anyone wanna plot or storyline or anything wif me? *puppy eyes*
